Life in the bike lane
June 30, 2016Richard Jackson, a professor in the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, extols the benefits of bicycling in a UCLA Newsroom article highlighting UCLA’s success in transitioning to a bike-friendly campus. UCLA is ranked as a Silver Bicycle-Friendly University by the League of American Bicyclists and is one of only 10 schools to move up in standing over the last year. The bruin community is striving to uphold this trend of improvement by installing more bike lanes on campus and around Westwood.
