Distinguished Professor, Michelle Craske, honored by the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology
November 29, 2016Congratulations to Distinguished Professor Michelle Craske for receiving the 2017 Distinguished Scientist Award from the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology (SSCP), a premier organization for academic clinical psychology. Michelle Craske, member of the UCLA Depression Grand Challenge Executive Committee, has published nearly 400 research articles on the topics of fear, anxiety and depression. She has been a recipient of National Institute of Mental Health funding since 1993. She is the director of the Anxiety and Depression Research Center, associate director of the Staglin Family Music Center for Behavioral and Brain Health at UCLA, and member of the DSM-5 Steering committee.
