January 11, 2018

The UCLA Sustainable LA Grand Challenge is excited to co-present a yearlong series entitled Future L.A.: Engineering a Sustainable Supercity in partnership with the Hammer Museum. The series brings together community voices, leading experts, and scholars in conversations on regional sustainability efforts and the critical role we all play in realizing this future.

Los Angeles is charging forward towards a sustainable future, and the Sustainable LA Grand Challenge is laying the foundation through transformational research. This series explores the technology, infrastructure, policy, and ideas that are reshaping the region into the first sustainable megacity in the world.
