Taking to the road to spark climate change conversations

June 20, 2019

Alex Hall (UCLA atmospheric and oceanic sciences) led a bicycle tour from Oakland to Los Angeles to engage the public on the real-life effects of climate change in California. While on the road, Hall and his team conducted public lectures to draw attention to the impacts of climate change and highlight solutions being implemented by local communities.

The ride is raising funds for the UCLA Center for Climate and is part of the California Climate Expedition, organized by nonprofit OnePulse.
