Anthony Pritzker and the Anthony and Jeanne Pritzker Family Foundation were profiled in a recent Los Angeles Business Journal story. Pritzker is the founder and chair of the Pritzker Emerging Environmental Genius Award, among his many charitable pursuits.
The article highlighted the 2019 Pritzker Emerging Environmental Genius Award ceremony, which honored Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim of Chad. The award is funded by the Anthony and Jeanne Pritzker Family Foundation and managed by UCLA. It gifts $100,000 annually to a scientist, entrepreneur, engineer, activist or artist under the age of 40 who “stands poised to make a game-changing difference.”
