Rebecca Sauer is the program administrator for the UCLA Sustainable LA Grand Challenge (SLA GC). She provides administrative support, plans events, manages projects, and serves as a liaison between the SLA GC team and partners such as the city of Los Angeles.
A proud graduate of the University of Southern California, Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree in environmental studies. She has conducted research on maternal and fetal exposure to air pollution with the USC Keck Department of Environmental Health as well as research on the rights of disabled individuals in developing nations in Managua, Nicaragua. Prior to joining UCLA, Rebecca worked at Sony Pictures Television.
